Under the VOPCON Unlimited Plan your calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the UK are included in your monthly plan - even if the person you're calling isn't a VOPCON customer. The VOPCON Basic Plan provides calls to Canada and Puerto Rico in your monthly minutes just as like domestic calls. You don't pay extra unless you exceed the monthly allotment.
