Yes, VOPCON provides E911 services for all of our subscribers. At the initial subscription to our VoIP service, you will need to fill out your physical address to activate E911 services. |

| How does VOPCON's emergency calling service works? |
 |
 |
VOPCON routes your VoIP call to the Public Service Answering Point (PSAP), which provides emergency services in your area. The appropriate PSAP is determined by the physical address you supply when you sign up for VOPCON. Therefore, if we do not have the correct address, your call cannot be routed to the corresponding PSAP for your area and could delay the required emergency services. In case you relocate or move to other location, you must go online or call our customer service to change the address in order for your emergency service to work properly. E911 allow your telephone number and registered address is simultaneously sent to the local emergency center assigned to your location, and emergency operators have access to the information. If any information is not filled in correctly, you will be responsible for any consequence and also, if you make any emergency calls will result a $50 penalty per call.

The difference between Vopcon Emergency Calling Service and traditional 911 service is that the VOPCON VoIP call will be routed to the general access line of a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), which is different from the 911 Emergency Response Center. You will need to state the nature of your emergency promptly and clearly, including your location and telephone number, as PSAP personnel will not have this information at hand. PSAP personnel can help you effectively and will take necessary steps to provide you with the appropriate assistance, such as dispatching police, an ambulance and/or a fire truck.

Here are the check list that might solve the problems:
● Reboot all of your devices (VOPCON's hardware, any routers and cable / DSL modems)
● Ensure that your VOPCON hardware is at least three feet away from any other device.
● Ensure your VOPCON hardware is in a well ventilated area to keep from overheating.
● Ensure no file sharing, P2P applications, or large downloads are running while you are using the phone. These activities can use up most of your bandwidth, leaving little left for your calls.
● Connect your VOPCON hardware directly to your cable / DSL modem, if it is not already.
● If your VOPCON device connects to another router and not directly to your cable / DSL modem, try disabling any Firewalls or SPI (State full Packet Inspection) on that router. Firewall and SPI settings can sometimes filter out VOPCON traffic seeing it as a harmful packet.

| I don't hear a dial tone, what should I do? |

● Make sure the telephone is plugged into the appropriate port
● Disconnect and re-connect the telephone cable between the Router and telephone.
● Make sure your telephone is set to its tone setting (not pulse)
Reboot your phone adapter by following the instructions for rebooting the device. To restart your phone adapter please follow this steps:

21 Days Money Back Guarantee and Termination Policy |

Usage must not exceed 300 minutes within the first twenty one (21) days of Service to be qualified for full refund.

Must return all equipments with original packaging (UPC code attached), documentation, and accessory materials included when mailing it back for refund or after termination of our service. All equipments and packaging must be in at least mint working conditions. Penalty will be issued if above requirement is not fulfilled. We will charge $65.00 if the equipment is not returned.

Shipping fee is not eligible for any refund.

We charge a re-activation fee $20.00 to an account that has been suspended due to a non-payment.
